Sealed bids for the above Work located at John L. Norris Addiction Treatment Center, 1732 South Avenue, Rochester, New York 14620 will be received by DASNY at its office located at 515 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207. Each bid must be identified, on the outside of the envelope, with the name and address of the bidder and designated a bid for the Project titled above. When a sealed bid is placed inside another delivery jacket, the bid delivery jacket must be clearly marked on the outside “BID ENCLOSED” and “ATTENTION: CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS – JENNIFER BURTCH.” DASNY will not be responsible for receipt of bids which do not comply with these instructions.

DASNY is soliciting bids for the Phase VI Bedroom Renovations and Hazardous Materials Abatement projects at John L. Norris Addiction Treatment Center.
The scope of work includes, but is not limited to the following:
Interior Renovations
- Selective demolition.
- New window treatments.
- New VCT flooring and wall base.
- Patching and repairing damaged walls and ceilings.
- Replacement of select areas of plaster walls and ceilings
- Paint walls and ceilings
- Paint existing doors, door frames and window sills.
- Security upgrades at existing windows.
- Security upgrades to existing Fan Coil units
Lead Abatement:
- Selective demolition
- Removal of peeling, chipped and cracked paint on plaster walls and ceiling.
- Removal of paint on select door frames
- Removal of paint on window sills.
- Encapsulation of walls and select areas of ceilings.
