Sealed bids for the above Work located at Central New York Psychiatric Center, 9005 Old River Road, Marcy, New York 13403 will be received by DASNY at its office located at 515 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207. Each bid must be identified, on the outside of the envelope, with the name and address of the bidder and designated a bid for the Project titled above. DASNY is soliciting bids for the Building 39 Steam Tunnel Repair project at Central New York Psychiatric Center in Marcy, New York.
The project consists of the removal of four (4) existing manholes, replacement with new concrete thimbles and manholes, structural reinforcement of existing steam tunnel and upgrades to existing steam tunnel lighting. Scope of work includes but is not limited to; selective demolition, sitework, structural steel, thermal and moisture protection, electrical service and distribution and interior lighting.
One construction contract will be awarded with an estimate of $135,000 - $165,000.
