Project: Medgar Evers College, Charles Evans Inniss Memorial Library (CUNY) 

DASNY’s Role: Construction managed by DASNY. 

Details: The project upgraded and expanded the existing library and added a Welcome Center. 

Impact: The library provides students and Brooklyn residents with valuable print and electronic resources in a state-of-the-art environment equipped with the latest technology.  

DASNY achieved a 67% MWBE participation rate on this project, more than doubling New Medgar Evers Interior York State’s 30% goal on state projects —one of the highest in DASNY’s history.
