Just a Little Higher is owned by Todd Halloway and Tymel Kornegay, entrepreneurs and business partners who consider themselves family. Todd and Tymel worked closely together to build their business, with the goal of creating a space that the community can be proud of on the Upper West Side.

Todd is the owner of a family operated convenience store, named Food Near Me, located in downtown Albany, NY. Todd has coached youth basketball in his community for years. He said his inspiration comes from his passion for giving back to the community.

Tymel grew up in Queensbridge Houses in Queens, only 15 minutes shy of the Upper West Side. His inspiration comes from his family, especially his father, who he watched fight and overcome cancer. His entrepreneurship began in 2015, with the creation of his clothing line, Money Belly. He is excited to be doing business in his home of New York City.

The owners of Just a Little Higher created a modern and sophisticated environment through the design elements of the location.
