The Flowery

The Flowery is located at 3022 Veterans Rd West, Staten Island, NY. 

The Flowery, the first licensed cannabis dispensary on Staten Island, is owned by New York City natives Moe Elgaly and Shlomo Weinstock, who pride themselves on providing the highest quality of service and products. 

A cannabis-related arrest as a young man did not deter Elgaly from his dream of starting businesses to serve his home community of Staten Island.  After graduating from college, he went on to open up several businesses including a pizzeria, deli, and six smoke shops. He estimates that he has employed nearly 100 people over the past 15 years and looks forward to running The Flowery where he plans to hire approximately 25 more. Weinstock, a manager and promoter in the entertainment industry, also was impacted by cannabis laws. Together, their goal is to create a destination where customers can buy safe and quality products on the south shore of Staten Island, the southernmost point of New York City.
