DASNY is soliciting the services of a General Contractor for a single prime construction contract at the Capital District Psychiatric Center to renovate an existing kitchen that services the outpatient wing located in Unit D. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, demolition including selective portions of removal to the existing slab, tile floor, & interior finishes. Also included is the replacement of the floor slab & CMU walls, providing a new ceiling system, replacing fire sprinkler & piping, modifying plumbing piping & HVAC ductwork, providing new light fixtures, providing all new commercial kitchen equipment, appliances & a new ventless cooking system with fire suppression to outfit the new space.
The project is scheduled to be substantially complete on or before 11/1/2021.
Estimated overall construction is valued at $150,000 - $175,000
