DASNY is soliciting bids from Single Prime Roofing Contractors for the following Scope of Work to be performed at the Hutchings Psychiatric Center Building 14 and 10 in Syracuse, New York.
This contract is for the removal and replacement of the existing roof including but not limited to the abatement of hazardous materials related to the removal of existing materials, all flashings, roof rail system down to the decking, and providing a new EPDM system over new rigid insulation, with all related flashings, trim, rail system and accessories complete as documented in the construction drawings and specifications. Building 14 will be the base bid with Building 10 as an alternate.
All electrical and HVAC work will be performed by the owner and coordinated with the contractor.
It is anticipated that Building 14 will be completed by November 15, 2021 and Building 10 completed by July 1, 2022.
