Sealed bids for the above Work located at Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center, 1400 Noyes Street, Utica, New York 13502 will be received by DASNY at its office located at 515 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207. Each bid must be identified, on the outside of the envelope, with the name and address of the bidder and designated a bid for the Project titled above. DASNY is soliciting bids for the Building 21 Roof Replacement and Asbestos Abatement at Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center.
The project scope consists of:
- Remove existing asphalt shingle roof. Existing plywood roof deck to remain.
- Install new fiberglass asphalt shingle roofing system.
- Blown-in insulation attic insulation.
- Provide roof accessories as noted including boots, flashing, facia, gutters, etc.
- Remove Asbestos Containing Materials (ACM) around plumbing vents.
One Construction Contract will be awarded with an estimated value of $225,000 - $275,000.
