Each bid must be identified, on the outside of the envelope, with the name and address of the bidder and designated a bid for the Project titled above. When a sealed bid is placed inside another delivery jacket, the bid delivery jacket must be clearly marked on the outside “BID ENCLOSED” and “ATTENTION: CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS – JENNIFER BURTCH.” DASNY will not be responsible for receipt of bids which do not comply with these instructions.

DASNY is soliciting bids for the Window Replacement project at Capital District DDSO, Adirondack Day Hab located at 200 Smith Drive, Corinth, New York.
The project's primary scope of work is to remove and replace nearly all of the existing windows throughout the facility. There is also PCB removal that must be coordinated with the replacement of windows and minor interior painting as part of the project scope
One General Construction Contract will be awarded with an estimate of $225,000 - $250,000.
The project is scheduled to be substantially complete on or before June 30, 2022.
