DASNY is soliciting bids for the Building 31 (Old Main) Roof Replacement and Associated Asbestos and Hazardous Material Abatement project at Mohawk Valley Psychiatric Center.
The project scope of work includes but is not limited to the following: Selective demolition, asbestos abatement, lead-based paint remediation, removal of existing adhered EPDM roofing system and related construction, select structural repairs to existing wood framing, and the installation of new standing seam metal and modified bitumen roofing systems.
This project consists of one (1) single prime General Construction contract with an estimated value of $2,600,000 - $3,000,000.

The bidder or its principals shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in similar work and five (5) contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity to this Project completed or substantially completed within the last ten (10) years.
