DASNY is soliciting bids for Driveway Replacements to be performed at two Sunmount DDSO Community Residences located at 225/227 Bayley Road, Massena, New York and 25/31 School Street, Keeseville, New York.
The scope of work includes, but not limited to, the removal of deteriorated asphalt driveway and subbase, installation of new subbase and new asphalt driveway and parking spaces, concrete sidewalk replacement, installation of concrete pad for dumpster and recycling, subsurface drainage piping, and site restoration.
One construction contract will be awarded with an estimated value of $300,000 - $350,000.

The bidder or its principals shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in similar work and five (5) contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity to this Project completed or substantially completed within the last ten (10) years.
