Sealed bids for the above Work located at State University of New York at Buffalo, Ellicott Complex, Amherst, New York 14260 will be received by DASNY at its office located at 515 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207. Each bid must be identified, on the outside of the envelope, with the name and address of the bidder and designated a bid for the Project titled above. When a sealed bid is placed inside another delivery jacket, the bid delivery jacket must be clearly marked on the outside “BID ENCLOSED” and “ATTENTION: CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS – JENNIFER BURTCH.” DASNY will not be responsible for receipt of bids which do not comply with these instructions.

DASNY is soliciting the services of a masonry contractor to perform masonry restoration at the exterior of the Ellicott Complex at the State University of New York University at Buffalo.
Masonry work includes, but is not limited to, column masonry repair, removal & replacement of damaged brick units, repointing and brick cleaning.
The work of the project is to bid as single trade prime construction contract in Buffalo, New York. All corresponding firms must demonstrate experience in the completion of similar projects.
One Contract will be awarded for the work of this project. Construction Contract estimated at $1,100,000 to $1,200,000.

Eligibility/Qualifications Requirements/Preferences:
The bidder or its principals shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in similar work and five (5) contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity to this Project completed or substantially completed within the last ten (10) years.
