DASNY is soliciting bids for the Tall Oaks II BMS and Equipment Upgrades at Hudson Valley DDSO in Middletown, New York.
The project consists of the demo of existing equipment. The replacement of the existing Building Management System (BMS) including but not limited to the following: install new master controller, provide spare BMS points, provide BMS remote access via cellular router / external antenna, new Air Handler Units (AHU), new boiler, duct cleaning, BMS commissioning, provide temporary / permanent portable AC units, training, electrical connections, piping, etc. All work will be performed in a fully occupied / operational building.
One HVAC contract will be awarded with an estimated value of $375,000 - $425,000.
