Each bid must be identified, on the outside of the envelope, with the name and address of the bidder and designated a bid for the Project titled above. When a sealed bid is placed inside another delivery jacket, the bid delivery jacket must be clearly marked on the outside “BID ENCLOSED” and “ATTENTION: CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS – JENNIFER BURTCH.” DASNY will not be responsible for receipt of bids which do not comply with these instructions.

DASNY is soliciting bids for the Drainage Improvements Project at Rockland Psychiatric Center.
The scope of work for this project includes the installation of temporary construction access roads, removing and reinstallation of existing perimeter fencing, installing and maintaining erosion and sediment control measures, bypass pumping of existing baseflows within the storm water system, small areas of clearing and grubbing trees/brush, removing and disposing of existing concrete headwalls, dewatering existing plunge pools, installation of new RCP pipe, end sections and cutoff walls in accordance with NYSDOT standards, installation of medium stone fill, and general site restoration such as top soil, seed and mulch.
The General Construction Contract is estimated at between $210,000 and $250,000.
