Sealed bids for the above Work located at State University of New York, University at Buffalo, North Campus, Ellicott Complex, Amherst New York 14261 will be received by DASNY at its office located at 515 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207. Each bid must be identified, on the outside of the envelope, with the name and address of the bidder and designated a bid for the Project titled above. The Dormitory Authority of the State of New York (DASNY) is soliciting the services of a General Contractor for a lounge renovation. The project entails lounge renovations and upgrades to the Red Jacket Lounges located at the State University of New York University at Buffalo - Ellicott Complex. Work includes, but is not limited to, hazardous materials abatement; removal of existing finishes; new floor finishes; new wall construction and painting; new millwork; removal and installation of appliances; mechanical and electrical work.
The Work of the Project is to be bid as a single trade prime construction Contract, in Buffalo, New York. All corresponding firms must demonstrate experience in the completion of similar projects.
One Contract will be awarded for the work of this Project - Construction Contract estimated at $800,000 to $900,000.
