DASNY is soliciting bids for Phase 2 of Structural Repairs on the Capital District Psychiatric Center Parking Garage located in Albany, New York.
The project's primary scope of work includes providing shoring design drawings, installation of temporary structural shoring, selective structural demolition, subsequent structural repairs & removal of temporary shoring upon acceptance of repairs. There are 11 column locations to be repaired during 4 total phases with an established timeline. The project's scope is scheduled to be substantially complete on or before July 18, 2023.
One General Construction Contract will be awarded with an estimate of $1,000,000.

The bidder or its principals shall have a minimum of five (5) years experience in similar work and five (5) contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity to this Project completed or substantially completed within the last ten (10) years.
