Sealed bids for the above Work located at State University of New York at Buffalo, Ellicott Complex, Amherst, New York 14260 will be received by DASNY at its office located at 515 Broadway, Albany, NY 12207. Each bid must be identified, on the outside of the envelope, with the name and address of the bidder and designated a bid for the Project titled above. DASNY is soliciting bids for the REBID of the Roof Replacement and Hazardous Materials Abatement project at Ellicott Complex at the State University of New York University at Buffalo in Amherst, New York.
Work in this project includes, but is not limited to, the following:
- Restoration of the existing membrane roofing system with a new fluid-applied roofing system.
- Replacement of existing roofing system down to the existing concrete roof deck at locations where insulation is wet/saturated.
- Masonry repairs and restoration.
- New aluminum roof access ladders.
- New skylights on existing curbs.
The work of the project is to bid as single trade prime construction contract in Buffalo, New York. All corresponding firms must demonstrate experience in the completion of similar projects.
One Contract will be awarded for the work of this project. Construction Contract estimated at $1,750,000 to $1,850,000.
